With over 70 years of experience in diverse industries, including training software engineers and students, we share our knowledge to provide a realistic understanding of Solution Building and Master Team Dynamics across cultures. This empowers students to move forward with clarity and confidence.

With 17 years of coaching youth soccer and teaching programming and internet skills to all ages, we connect with students and create a challenging yet enjoyable learning environment. Our passion inspires students to reach their full potential.

The knowledge we earn throughout life only becomes meaningful when we use it to change other people’s lives and contribute to their freedom, happiness and confidence. After building and managing Complex Technology Solutions and Leading, Coaching and Training many across a broad range of industries for over 45 years, including Medical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Entertainment, Education, Oil, and Consulting, I am focused on training Software Solution Building Professionals to become more effective Agile/Scrum Team players. Graduated in Software Engineering from LSU, attended University of Chicago’s MBA program and Studied Columbia University’s PhD program in Philosophy, I have trained thousands of students and professionals to overcome challenges and build confidence for their future.

Mark has worked in several fields in technology. From being an electrical engineer specializing in motor controllers to Web Developer and later as Software Architect leading sizable projects for Fortune 500 companies. Mark, as a Microsoft Certified Trainer taught Cognitive Services (AI) in the classroom which inspired him to get into building personal robots that have AI capabilities and created courses around AI Robots.
